Terms of Service
I. General
✦ All commissions will be drawn in my art style.
✦ Please provide clear details and references (character info, pose, mood, etc).
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request I’m not comfortable with.
✦ You may post the finished artwork online with proper credit.
✦ DO NOT edit, trace, or claim my artwork as your own.
✦ DO NOT use my work for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects.
✦ By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
II. Right & Usage
✧ Artist’s Rights (me)✧
✦ I retain copyright of the artwork and may use it for portfolio, samples, or self-promotion.
✦ I will not claim your character as mine.
✧ Client’s Rights (you)✧
✦ Personal use (profile picture, banner, wallpaper, personal print) is free or charge.
✦ Commercial usage (digital streaming, ads, logos, etc) → 2x base price.
✦ Merchandise usage (stickers, keychain, apparel, posters, etc) → 3x base price.
✦ Private commission (non-disclosure, not shared online) → +75% fee.
III. Payment

✦ Local : BCA / QRIS
✦ International: VGen / Paypal / Wise
✦ Payment is split into 50% upfront before sketch and 50% after sketch approval.
✦ No refund once the artwork has started.
✧Refund Eligibility✧
✦ If I cancel your commission → Full refund.
✦ If I cannot finish your commission → Partial refund.
IV. Revisions
✦ Maximum 3 revisions included for free.
✦ Major revisions (pose, outfit, etc) are only allowed during the sketch stage.
✦ After lineart & rendering, only Minor revisions (small details) are allowed.
✦ Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur extra fees depending on complexity.
V. Turnaround Time (TAT)
✦ Estimated delivery : 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.
✦ I will update you on each step (sketch → lineart → base color → final render).
✦ Please inform me if you have a specific deadline (rush fees may apply).
✦ Delays may happen due to complexity or personal reasons (I will always inform you in advance).
